HIDDEN SPRINGS


Hidden Springs is a 1,844-acre master-planned community built around a 130-year old working farm in the Dry Creek Valley, just north of Boise and east of Eagle. The community encompasses more than 1,000 homes in the hills north of Boise, Idaho, with a smart mix of on-site retail, recreational, and educational facilities.


The founding vision for Hidden Springs is to build a rural community in the tradition of Idaho's small towns, while carefully preserving the natural surroundings of Dry Creek Valley.

BROOKWOOD SUBDIVISION


Brookwood is located just north of the city of Eagle off Eagle Road at Floating Feather Road. Brookwood offers many amenities for residents, including multiple parks, fishing ponds and a community pool.


This community was developed by Aries Development and contains 371 building lots ranging in size from one-fifth of an acre up to a full acre.

HIGHLANDS HACKBERRY


Located in Highlands in North Boise Area, Hackberry Ranch homes were built from 2014 to 2018

Hackberry Ranch Subdivision is a 65 acre, single-family foothills subdivision. The subdivision includes 23 single family foothills lots that range in size from about 9,000 square feet to about 65,000 square feet. The property is bound on the east side by North Bogus Basin Road. The south edge of the property is about 560 feet north of the intersection with Curling Drive and about 1/2 mile from Fire Station No. 2 on Cartwright Road.

STAR RIVER RANCH SUBDIVISION

FORSYTHIA SUBDIVISION

36TH ST GARDEN CENTER PLAZA


The mixed use subdivision featured a mix of uses and was one of the original subdivisions to promote live-work units. With it's iconic Garden Center Plaza at the center, it is a beautiful place to live and work in. The site also featured Civil Design challenges being in an alluvial flood plain and with many of the buildings being heated by geothermal.

BRENNEMAN SUBDIVISION


Awesome North End location, one block from Sunset Park and a private path to shopping. You are also steps away from the greenbelt. Low maintenance neighborhood with landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, and private street maintenance that is taken care of by the association.


These patio homes are built in 2019 and 2020.
